Exploring abstraction with Hanji handmade paper, Egyptian papyrus, wood, and original monotypes. I wanted to create a contemporary aesthetic but also incorporate my attraction to collage art from the 1940’s and 1950’s. Art with strong geometric compositions, for me, creates powerful relationships with color and energy.
